Landscaping Company New Forest

We have just completed the landscaping of our back garden and the final result has been AMAZING! There are many companies who undertake landscaping so when we began this project we were looking for a company with an exceptional work ethic to undertake the renovation to our standard and expectations! After a lot of homework we approached Steve of ACE Fencing and Landscaping and we have to congratulate him (&Tyler) on a ’job well done’ Steve always kept us abreast of the work as it progressed. Issues were discussed and resolved where necessary.Steve’s standard of work cannot be faulted, the site was always kept clean and tidy despite difficult access. He is friendly, polite, conscientious, methodical and organized. The end result achieved the vision we had of our ’new’ garden - patio, sleepers and Astro Turf all included! A project very well done and more than worth the 6 month lead in time, we can not recommend Steve and his company highly enough.

Steve and team have now completed two large landscaping projects for us. Steve listened to our requirements and came up with some really great suggestions and improvements to our initial thoughts. We did change our minds at times during the projects, and came up with other ideas, and Steve took everything in his stride, making adjustments as the project evolved. We felt nothing was too much trouble.We now have a fantastic sunny terrace, beautiful large patio and a superb lawn area. Such a lovely team to have around, and we can’t praise their hard work and professionalism enough.

I would highly recommend Steve and his team. We have had 12 fence panels installed with concrete posts and concrete base boards. The finish is excellent and done to a high standard. We really appreciated excellent communication before and after the job. They arrived early on day one and were complete on day two. They were polite throughout their time here and were very considerate of our neighbours. They did find an issue which had been done by a previous landscaper and resolved this without extra cost! All materials were taken away and they left the area very clean and tidy. Will use ACE landscapes again.

Absolutely fantastic! Right from the initial contact, through quote and completed job A.C.E have been excellent. There was no hint of delay and the job took exactly as long as planned. The guys were meticulous in getting the best finish possible. Extremely happy with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend or use again. They even managed to take on and complete another small job while carrying out the first! Thanks again!

We first spoke to Steve re extending our driveway and replacing the front lawn with shingle. Whilst we had to join a waiting list of several months (a good sign) the work commenced exactly on the agreed date. Their work is first-class, and they are so professional. We then spoke to Steve of our problem patio areas at the rear (on several different levels, linked by narrow pathways). Following discussions, Steve’s suggestions really made sense and we agreed the design and were booked in for his next available slot. The Patio is excellent, we cannot complement them highly enough on the standard of the workmanship and their ‘can do’ attitude. We have used the Patio more in the last three months than the previous two years as it is so safe and accessible. Colin & Gail.

What can I say….other than brilliant, fantastic, wonderful, exceptional. The ‘Team’ consisting of Steve, Max and Nick, all of whom were overseen by Lenny the Dalmatian dog, worked through extreme weather conditions! The high winds and heavy rain did not stop them working for one minute, from dawn till dusk….though having said that, I did constantly find Lenny in the van, sleeping on the job!! Our new side and front fence, along with landscaped grounds and hedge at the front, look fantastic. Exceptional attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble and equally as important, everywhere was left clean and tidy each day, which considering the level of mud created as a result of the weather was no mean-feat! ! So impressed are we with their work, we have ask Steve to quote for stage two of our project, the hard landscaping/patio in our rear garden, which will eventually lead to stage three, the driveway! We could not recommend Steves work ethic, quality of work and Team enough.
